Kin's settlement "Solnechnoe" ("Sunny")

The kin's settlement "Solnechnoe" ("Sunny") is located in the Samara region, Stavropol district, 60 km from the city of Tolyatti and 100 km from the city of Samara.

The settlement has been developing since 2003. During this time, we went a long way from the first meetings of like-minded people who read the books of V. Megre series "The Ringing Cedars of Russia" to the first houses on our land. This was made possible thanks to the active and creative activities of the participants and organizers, who managed, at the cost of great efforts, to bring their dream of a more harmonious life to realization.

To this moment Solnechnoe kin's settlement has united over 50 families that have already begun to embody their image and dream of Space of Love on their land. About 30 more like-minded families are in the status of candidates for a settlement - they build their lives in the city, sometimes they visit our holidays, but have not yet made a final decision to move. Constantly three families live and winter in the settlement.

The collective of the settlement evolved as a community of like-minded people. Among us are people of different professions, social status and material wealth. All of us were united by the desire to create our Space of Love and significantly improve the living environment for ourselves and our loved ones.

Admission of new participants to the settlement is open.

In 2009, our team developed a project that comprehensively takes into account the necessary infrastructure of the settlement, as well as the social role, goals and mission of our association. The total territory of the Settlement is 477.9 hectares, and is privately owned by the trustee of the collective.

Of the public buildings, the most basic one is, of course, the common house - the place where we all meet. It also serves as a guest house when we invite people for holidays. We have one wonderful place, the pearl of our Settlement - a children's “domain” – a parcel of land where we hold our annual summer children camps. There we have an indoor dining room with washrooms and showers and space for tents and fireplace. In the future, this place will become a worthy replacement for the modern kindergarten and elementary school, of course, with a holistic educational approach.

People in our settlement sew clothing sundresses, weave protective belts. In summer, we harvest herbs: Ivan tea, thyme, St. John's wort, dry strawberries; we sell surpluses at fairs. The number of settlers make various crafts from wood, fabric, jewelry, etc. Since 2013, a small production for the extraction of sunflower oil has also been launched.

The most important issues are resolved at the General Meeting. The operational management of ethical and strategic issues is carried out by the Council. The common problems are decided by the Board: what and how to build on common plots, what needs to be bought for the common economy.

Our goal is the creation of a new way of life that is based on a love of nature, the holistic interaction of human being and the environment, the dominance of the spiritual development of human society over technocratic and creativity over consumerism.

祖传家园“ Solnechnoe”（“晴天”）位于斯塔夫罗波尔区萨马拉地区，距托利亚蒂市60公里，距萨马拉市100公里。

我们定居点的人们缝制了夏装，编织了安全带。夏季，我们收获草药：伊凡茶，百里香，圣约翰草，干草莓；我们在展览会上出售盈余。定居者的数量众多，他们用木材，织物，珠宝等制成各种工艺品。自2013年以来，也开始了小规模的葵花籽油提取生产活动。

最重要的问题在股东大会上得到解决。道德和战略问题的业务管理由理事会进行。共同的问题由董事会决定：什么以及如何建立共同的土地，共同经济需要购买什么。

我们的目标是创造一种新的生活方式，这种生活方式基于对自然的热爱，人类与环境的整体相互作用，人类社会的精神发展对技术官僚的统治以及创造力对消费主义的统治。
