I searched all over the Internet and I have found only the following one actually worked:

Basically, you need to add Sublime to your PATH.

• Open your environmental variables(could be accessed through cmd by typing sysdm.cpl.
• Creat a new system variable called SUBLIME whose value is the folder of your Sublime installation.
• Add ;%SUBLIME% to your PATH variable value

Restart your cmd(or Git bash), you'll be able to use subl.exe, and you can usesubl kung_pao_toufu.exe in Git bash.
