Cleaning a clogged nozzle is very hard at times. This is an easy and cheap method to clean clogged nozzle.
清理堵塞喷头是很费劲的事，下面是个简单廉价方法。

Step 1: Things you need

一、所需物品

1. Acetone (Nail polish remover)

2. Candle or Lighter

3. Needle

4. Aluminium foil

5. 丙酮（洗甲水）

6. 蜡烛或打火机
7. 针
8. 铝箔

Step 2: Dip the nozzle in Acetone

二、将喷嘴泡在丙酮里

The higher the concentration of acetone lesser the time required.
丙酮溶液浓度越高，清理所需时间越少。

I use nail polish remover because they are cheap and easy to get.
之所以用洗甲水，是因为它们便宜且容易获得。

Leave it for 20-30 minutes.
静置20~30分钟。

Step 3: Clean the big end using needle

三、用针头清理大开口端

Remove the plastic using a needle.
用一根针清理里面的塑料。

There will be plastic left over a the tip which cannot be cleaned using needle.
在喷头尖嘴部分会有一些残留塑料，无法用针头清理。

Step 4: Wrap the nozzle

四、包裹喷嘴

Wrap the nozzle in Aluminium foil. Leave the top end open so that the fumes can go out.
将喷嘴包在铝箔里，敞开上下两端，这样能让烟气流走。

Step 5: Bring it near to Flame

五、将它靠近火焰

Hold the nozzle into the flame for around 5 minutes. Remove foil and check the nozzle
将喷嘴放在火焰上曰5分钟，然后剥开铝箔检查喷嘴。

• If there is still plastic heat it again.

• If it is clean then wash the nozzle and remove any leftovers using needle.

• 如果仍有塑料残留则再加热。

• 如果干净了，就清洗喷头，用针头去掉其他残余物。

Step 6: Thats it..:-)

六、完成

Hold it near to any light source and check whether it is clean.
将它靠近光源，检查是否干净。

译者补充：3D打印机最贵的两个部分，一个是控制主板，一个就是喷头。尤其在北方温差较大，且尘土飞扬的地区，不光对人，对3D打印机的健康也有影响。至少这个教程能让我们不再那么闹心于打印机维护上面吧。
