• Introduction: Many existing biobricks are not well documented, which make it challenging to use them. Here we present a web-based tool BASE (Biobrick Auxiliary Selection Explorer) to search, evaluate and visualize biobricks at part, devise and system levels.

• Introduction: iGEM encourages communication and cooperation among teams, but the existed communities can’t satisfy all the demands. So we create iMAP(iGEMers’ Management and Alliance Platform). iMAP supports chatting, Cloud hosting, activity releasing, assignment distributing, experiments managing and database searching.

My Own Ideas...

暂定在2015年的基础上做扩展，扩展内容可以为

1. 类似StackOverflow/知乎一类的Q/A版块，与SynBio有关，可以起一个酷炫的名字
2. 与SynBio/Bio有关文献阅读、写作的辅助工具，参考 Linggle
3. 实现Bio研究通用的工具，如sequence alignment，NCBI API数据获取, 基因序列压缩重编码等

1. 调研与biobrick有关的文献，最好与biobrick evaluation methods有关，每个人精读一篇文献，写PPT给大家汇报（类似读书笔记的形式），从下周开始每周一位同学讲，避免重复请找到并确定要讲的文献后立刻发群里
2. 看《合成生物学》，采用“多人交叉重叠阅读”法，写读书笔记，并用200字以内的中文(hu或500字以内的英文)在PPT最后做总结

1. HP组同学想2-3个Human Practice备选方案
2. 文案组同学负责实时解读提醒大赛的各项标准，避免我们走偏
3. 程序组同学和我一起自主学习，先学会用Github管理项目代码和文档
