更新 12.04 --> 14.04

征得同意，删除了某个师兄的所有数据。

更新 12.04 的源

最后还是用服务器默认的源，速度还可以。

Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code
之前 autoremove 有效，又不行了。重启服务器！
然后 sudo update-grub 就行了。

添加 key，参考这里，比如：

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 2EA8F35793D8809A
