From beginning to end, my recent journey from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport with Allegiant Air CVG Terminal was quite enjoyable. For a low-cost airline, the company's operations in Terminal 3 at CVG were surprisingly comfortable, well-organized, and efficient.
The easiest check-in procedure was the most notable feature. At the luggage drop stations, Allegiant's employees were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the self-service kiosks operated without a hitch. Even though it should have been a busy morning, the security check went incredibly fast; I was through the TSA in less than ten minutes. The terminal itself was modern, spotless, and simple to use. I especially valued the cozy seating areas and the numerous charging points at each gate. I had a great breakfast at one of the neighborhood restaurants as I waited for my trip to Florida, which isn't typically the case at bigger airports.
With effective processes and clear announcements, boarding was timely and well-organized. Throughout the trip, the Allegiant team was upbeat and courteous. The whole experience at CVG Terminal 3 was more luxurious than anticipated for a low-cost airline, demonstrating that good service doesn't have to be sacrificed for low-cost travel. Without a doubt, I'll pick Allegiant from CVG for my upcoming vacation. An incredibly pleasurable journey was made possible by the combination of inexpensive tickets, effective operations, and a passenger-friendly terminal.
