MClust here, is a MATLAB GUI tool, for neuroscientist to cluster extracellular recording.

What do I Optimize

• Add PCA and Waveletfor feature, which are more effective for single-eletrode cluster.

• Add a common LoadEngine, for load a MAT file.

• Add a Visual clustering edge.

• Optimize the cluster color-order, match the MATLAB defaults scheme.

What puzzle me

Offical MClust has a brief manual MClust-4-4.docx, but it's not detailed.
I don't know how to use Select from KKwik, Run SPC, Use "_t", ApplyCvHulls,ShowCrosscorr...
