Step 1- Install QuickBooks database server manager

• For installing QuickBooks desktop go to intuit official website.
• Download the latest version of QuickBooks desktop.
• Open the downloaded file.
• Follow the instruction which you see on screen in correct sequence and type your license product number.
• Now choose custom or Network option as install type.
• Click on next and choose the option of your company file you are sharing over the network.

Step 2- Scan your company file folders

• To scanning your company file folder go to the start menu and search Database.
• Navigate the QuickBooks database server manager.
• Now select the scan folder option to continue the process.
• Choose the location in which you wish to save your folder.
• Click on OK to continue.
• If any requirement you can add more folders by adding add more folder.
• Click on scan option.
